Do I need to connect my PMS?
No. ILYAN works without a PMS integration from day one - guest lists can be uploaded directly to the platform. For properties that want deeper integration, ILYAN supports a number of PMS systems, including Hotsoft. Speak to Stephen about your current setup.
How long does setup take?
The core platform is live within 48 hours of your go-ahead. There's no IT project, no lengthy onboarding, and no internal resource required from your team - we handle the configuration. If you're connecting a PMS, the timeline for that element depends on your software setup and integration provider, but this doesn't delay getting the platform live.
Can I add features later?
Yes - and most clients do. The most common path is to start with in-stay feedback and in-stay upselling, then add ticketing, post-stay surveys, review management and the AI concierge as the platform embeds into the team's daily workflow.
What about in-room materials?
ILYAN produces branded QR blocks - premium glass stands, tailored to your property's branding and call to action. Every room gets its own unique QR code. Pricing depends on room count and is confirmed during your setup. Hotels are also welcome to produce their own materials if preferred - we'll provide everything needed to do so.
What does the setup fee cover?
Configuration of the platform to your property, branding, concierge training on your hotel's information, QR code setup, and onboarding your team. Ask Stephen about the current setup fee on your call.
We're a smaller property. Is ILYAN still relevant?
Yes. A smaller property still has guests who aren't saying anything, reviews that could be better, and staff time spent on things the platform handles automatically. The starting price is designed to make sense for properties of any size - speak to Stephen about what's right for you.
